Restem-L

Restem-L has consistently proven superior immunomodulatory profile versus other types of MSCs

RESTEM-L

We have identified a novel umbilical cord outer lining subset of cells that we describe as Restem-L, ethically obtained post-partum, that have properties of adult Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs), but at a much more youthful state. In preclinical and clinical studies, we have shown that Restem-L also has a superior immunomodulatory profile versus other types of MSCs such as bone marrow or fat MSCs.

To bring this transformative research to human clinical trials, a multi-year development effort was initiated to isolate these unique ULSCs. For over a decade, our scientific group has developed commercial-scale production methods that maintain their stability, viability and youthful phenotype, as well as therapeutic activity, to achieve a clinical-grade therapy.

Through our proprietary novel stem cell isolation methods, we determined that Restem-L was the most potent stem cell. We spent years perfecting our delicate approach to culturing our cells and maintaining their youthful and viable state. State-of-the-art laboratory expertise in telomere biology and immunology assures that we are not only producing ULSCs at commercial quantities, millions of doses, but also superior cells with optimized therapeutic potential.

Our cells are produced according to FDA standards for all infectious disease testing and have been screened for chromosomal aberrations by growing the cells up through senescence.

Inflammatory diseases can occur when T-Lymphocytes secrete pro-inflammatory factors, which recruit monocytes to the site of inflammation. These monocytes release additional inflammatory cytokines (like IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α), creating a feedback loop that amplifies inflammation and can lead to tissue damage.
With the introduction of Restem-L, T-lymphocyte activation is reduced, leading to fewer pro-inflammatory cytokines being released. This creates a chain reaction, resulting in reduced immune cell recruitment and an overall decrease in inflammation.

RESTEM-X EXOSOMES

As we age, our cells begin losing the ability to produce optimal amounts of collagen, elastin, growth factors, and other important components responsible for healing and rejuvenation. This natural slowdown is essentially aging, which can be seen in the form of wrinkles, hair loss, uneven and dull skin tone, and decreased skin elasticity.

Breakthrough laboratory research studies exploring the potential of stem cells have shown that a novel cell type called mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) secretes a byproduct called the secretome, which contains extracellular matrix molecules and exosomes. The extracellular matrix is composed mainly of collagen, hyaluronic acid, elastin, and other healing proteins. Exosomes, on the other hand, are responsible for communication between cells, including carrying bioactive molecules, such as growth factors, from one cell to another. In laboratory research studies, this synergistic biology has been shown to enable these secretome-derived molecules to penetrate the skin barrier and deliver these rejuvenating proteins and bioactive molecules to aging and damaged cells.

Restem-X is a topical, cell-derived secretome product naturally enriched with exosomes, collagen, elastin, and other essential proteins. While results vary for every individual, Restem-X has been shown to noticeably reduce the appearance of acne scars and sunspots, visibly refine the appearance of dull and uneven skin tone and texture, improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and help skin to look more radiant. In expanding this novel product line into haircare, Restem-X has also been seen to make hair appear fuller, thicker, and more radiant.

The extracellular matrix is composed mainly of collagen, hyaluronic acid, elastin, and other healing proteins. Exosomes are made by cells and are responsible for communication between cells, and transfer bioactive cargos, such as growth factors, to help repair damaged cells.
Exosomes are obtained from culture expanded Restem-L cells that are grown in an ideal environment to which release their healing contents.
Exosomes are obtained from culture expanded Restem-L cells that are grown in an ideal environment to which release their healing contents. These exosomes are then captured without the cells and triple filtered to obtain the optimal healing cues.
